we finally get to learn the rank of the one we always tough was the #1 Espada , i name : Ulquiorra Shiffer
Perhaps because of the way Aizen treats him , and the way his other comrade treated him to , we were lead ( at least I ) to think that he was actually the strongest guy in Aizen’s Army . Especially after the way Noitara talked to him as if he was challenging him . But it is also true that we don’t know Noitara’s number but speculation as it that he would be #2 . But then again , we though Ulquiorra was #1..when he is..
Given that he is #4 and that Ichigo could not even scratch him , i wonder what kind of future awaits ours friends . Chad seems to be Out , and Rukia is presumably dead . I don’t think Renji will last any longer and Ishida ..well..i suppose it’s only a matter of time before he meets someone who will chop his head off . In the end , the Espada proves to be what we expected from Vastro Lorde ( except Aaroniero who as a Gillian…but as we can see he was killed by Rukia ) , a.k.a ” 10 of them would be enough to destroy Soul Society ” . Perhaps the scariest part of all this is how they all are scared of Aizen . I wonder what kind of demon that guy is .

the big black guy looks to me as a good future opponent for chad so i think he might be seventh.
I think aizen would make a bad ass vastro lordes. he does afterall control an army of arancar which no other shinigami can do even if they tried. i still think he can be a little more vicious when it comes to kiling. he barely killed ichigo, renji, and hitsuguya, all three times saying the wound was to shallow or something.
Well… think of it this way. K3mpo you prob remember what Tousen did to Grimmjow… doesn’t that give you an idea how strong the captains are compared to the Espada? They should be stronger. They all fear Aizen so that must mean that he is a lot stronger than them.

The old Bount was the 2nd strongest Bount only because Kariya because the Bount leader forcefully and made them believe it’s for a good cause so he decided to follow him. Still he was no. 2. Similarly the Old Guy is no. 2 and no. 1 strongest is of course Aizen. The Old guy’s power can only be rivaled by Aizen.

Aizen only holds on vasto lorde. Guess who is it…..
Yeah, the arrancar/espada are NOT vasto lordes. Seeing that they were CREATED.
The espada 6 and down (not counting Aaroniero Arruruerie number 9) are probably all adjuchas-class becouse it is shown that Grimmjow number 6 was an adjuchas-class and couldn’t become a vasto lorde. And as Aaroniero Arruruerie notes, all of the espada except him were at least adjuchas-class menos before becoming arrancar.
And I think it is very possible that Ulquiorra number 4 was a vasto lorde becous remainder of his hollow mask looks like the helmet that the example silhouette of a vasto lorde had. and the way he fights shows that he is very confident that he is going to win (tending to keep his hands in his pockets while he fights) even when fighting Grimmjow number 6 when he is only two numbers higer in the espada. and he would most likely have won if Grimmjow hadn’t activated the negación field.

This is the ranking i belive in, the ones marked with stars are the ones unknown so far.
I belive that Halibel is the strongest since she is a good looking girl that seems to take most things seriously.
After that comes Stark, a lazy bum that just have strength for some reason.
And in third the old man since he is old, and the old ones are never the strongest ones. They are just wise. Some proof to this is that the old Bounto guy kinda sucked and that general commander Yamamoto is not the strongest one in the 13. The strongest one there is ofcourse Byakuya.
And then some theories on whom of the hollows that was Vasto Lordes before Aizen came.
1-2-3-4 of the espada is quite obvious to me since Ulquiorra is way to cool to be anything else but a vasto lorde and it just comes natural that the ones who are more powerful then him also are.
Then nr 5 of the espada could also be a Vasto Lorde since he seems powerful as well.
After nr 5 the espada is not composed of Vasto Lordes anymore since Ichigo right now would be able to kill Grimmjow if he just fought and did not talk so much and that just seems to easy that he would be able to kill a Vasto Lorde at his current level.
Well after that we got Nel who probably is a Vasto Lorde since she outranked Ulquiorra while in the espada.
Also i think the retarded kid is a Vasto Lorde since he seems to be amazingly powerful altho he is spaced out.
I hope i’m not wrecking anything, but I do know pretty sure that this is the order from reading and just deduction, but:
1. Stark (it just makes sense…much isn’t expected of with a lazy person…besides it’s typical anime style to have the sluggish guy be tops. Think about ol lazy Shikamaru who can out think a computer he’s a grade A sloth.)
2. Halibel (you have to have a strong girl up there so that the chicks can have someone to cheer for.

the first and scond are tough just because we dont see much of them throughout the Las Noches serie s.
They are the three azien calls for though so they are the top 3 and they have arrancaar that follow them so they are powerful.
Despite The first notions that the arrancar are vasto lordes most of them are Adjuchas. i think the top 4 are vasto lordes as well as Wanderwice (because we see the humanoid hollow that turns into wanderwice). Ulquiorra because of the helmet shape mask he has and the other 3 just because of their ranks. The main reason I think most are adjuchas is because of Grimmjow. Because Grimmjow started out as a powerful hollow that became a “feasting” menos (menos that eats other menos)and became an adjuchas but couldnt gain vasto lordes level I think hollows can only gain 2 ranks of hollow power at most. The only problem with this is the idea of a soul becoming an adjuchas when turning into a hollow (Ichigo’s vizard training) which means that they can only gain one level (unless there is another more powerful level of hollow) doubt it though

- No one would ever though there would be a 0 Espada and that Espada would be what we thought to be the weaker of Espadas
- The Old Guy indeed seem to be the first
- Stark is actually 1, lazeliness hides something, two people figure that out.
- People gave Noitra and Ulquiorra 1 and 2 when they were actually 4 and 5.
- When Ulquiorra uses Segunda Etapa, his number disapears. So it will never be clear if he was actually stronger than 0-3 since he never show it to Aizen.
- Some even thought the Former Captains to be inside the ranks.

Since,Old man assumes himself to be leader among espada,but he is not because there are other espada which can be no.1 i.e. Stark & halibell. But Stark don’t seem to be interested in no.1 philosophy & halibell seem focuses in main goal so neither she believes in that.
